Collaboration and a complete Unified Communications solution from your browser.

InUC is a web based Unified Communications solution allowing staff to see if others are available to talk or are currently on the phone. In today’s working environment, employees are spread across different locations. Using the web page from your device you can click and send messages to your colleagues.

InGuard –Toll fraud protection

When you are away and no one is around the phone system then toll fraud attacks tend to occur. Toll fraud is a fraudulent attempt by a hacker to gain unlawful remote access to a phone system, these are very organized attacks from an automated remote server. Once the attacker has the access to the phone system then the fraudulent calls are connected and your business may end up paying for these charges.

Automatic Call Distribution (ACD)

The SL2100’s ACD is often found in offices that handle large volumes of incoming phone calls and efficiently routes callers based on pre-established criteria. When all agents are busy assisting callers, the outside party can listen to periodic announcement messages while waiting for an agent to become free.

Whenever there are a lot of callers at any given time, the callers can be forwarded to another destination.
